The mental health system wasn't built for this moment. We're helping build what comes next.
We believe healing should be far more accessible than it is. The capacity for fast, lasting change already exists — we've watched it transform people's lives, again and again. What's been missing is a way to make it reliable, teachable, and within reach for everyone, not just the fortunate few who happen to find it. That's the work: turning a rare result into shared infrastructure. And we're just getting started.
The crisis is systemic. The response needs to be too.
Mental health conditions affect nearly a billion people worldwide. The professionals who do this work are burning out. For the vast majority of people, the support they need doesn't exist at the scale they need it.
This demands a fundamentally different kind of approach. One that's effective enough for real clinical applications and outcomes. Accessible enough to reach people who might never sit in a therapist's office. And scalable enough to meet the need.
The mind and body already know how to heal. We've found a way to activate that — reliably.
Baseline was founded on a powerful observation: the nervous system has a built-in capacity to process stress and restore balance. Our work began with an idea of how to amplify that capacity to meet the needs of this moment. That's the potential of Baseline's approach.
The goal isn't just slight improvements. It's shifting the baseline itself — from coping to thriving.
A new infrastructure for healing.
We're building the infrastructure that lets this reach people — practitioner by practitioner, organization by organization, and eventually, to put it right in everyone's hands.
- We started with practitioners — training therapists in our approach for deeper, faster results.
- We're partnering with organizations to bring BTI-based programs to the communities that need them most.
- We're advancing the research and setting standards for a field that didn't exist before us.
- We're developing self-guided tools that will put this capacity directly in people's hands, wherever they are.
