Who Are We?
Re-mind.co is a small team of practitioners, scientists, and pragmatic dreamers who are passionate about making mental health accessible, engaging, and empowering.
We have had our own personal struggles with mental health, seen them in our families, our workplaces, and our communities. We have also seen the astonishing potential of when individuals can find their footing and share their gifts with each other. We want to be part of that unfolding potential.
We want to to help people to thrive, to banish stigma around mental health, but also go further and share our excitement about what our minds are capable of.

" I’ve realized that the idea that healing can’t happen quickly or easily is just a conditioned belief that’s not true. This technique is something that everyone can access & implement."
-Patty KlimchuckÂ

"Â I literally released
decades of patterns through using these tools just a few times."
- Rita Desnoyers-Garcia

"I can not recommend this modality more. Clearing the weight of the mental baggage that holds us down, from shame and fear to anger and limiting beliefs, frees up so much space to really nourish and thrive in our lives. I wish I had known about this work sooner."
